    Use

    Large-diameter straight-seam steel pipe is the best choice for large-scale pipeline projects, water and gas transmission projects, and urban pipe network construction. The national west-east gas pipeline uses 200000 tons of this type of steel pipe, and the market prospect is broad.

    The steel pipe shall be subjected to mechanical property test, tensile test, bending test, flattening test, guided bending test and hydraulic test, and shall meet the requirements specified in the standard. The steel pipe should be able to withstand a certain internal pressure, the maximum test pressure is 5.05Mpa, the holding time is not less than 5S, and the steel pipe does not leak during the experiment. In lieu of hydraulic testing, ultrasonic testing or eddy current testing is permitted for electric resistance welded steel pipes. Submerged arc welded steel pipes are allowed to have ultrasonic flaw detection or radiographic flaw detection instead of hydraulic test.
