3PE anti-corrosion is a widely used steel pipe anti-corrosion, called 3-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coating. The anti-corrosion effect is achieved by coating three layers of different materials on the surface of the steel pipe.
The three layers are:
● Bottom layer: Epoxy powder layer (FBE) provides good adhesion and corrosion resistance.
• Intermediate layer: The adhesive layer (AD) enhances the adhesion between the layers.
● Surface layer: Polyethylene layer (PE) provides excellent mechanical strength and chemical stability.
